PP and rowing

Yay for Push press. One of my favorites. But, fuck if my shoulders and traps weren't already sore.

It was a 10x2 day at 65%1RM. So, about 60#

These felt pretty easy.

Then a sprint metcon

5 rounds
200M row, rest 30 sec.

God, that just kills me.
Good thing the rower is low to the ground because I just roll off that thing when I finish.
