Front squats and sprints

3 rounds
5 Front squats-90lbs. Last set was 95lbs
100M sprint

1:30 rest between
Time after subtracting rests was 4:30
Well, this was fun, minus the running.

I could have gone heavier on the FS. That's why I added 5lbs for the last set.

Then I worked on my snatch. Which is a complete disaster.

Tomorrow....Deadlift :)
