Eat more, eat more, eat more. Really? I don't know. I've been pissed about this all day. Maybe I don't want to eat more. I need to decide what I really want to do. My max sets lately have been shitty.

ReplyDeleteI know you are frustrated with the slow moving progress but keep in mind progress is still progress.
I suggest eating more, you know that, and make sure during the deload week you actually completely deload. Instead of ball-breaking metcons do rowing intervals which are easy to recover from, do some sprints, do some light bodyweight exercises, etc.
I can tell you that I have been eating a lot more lately and I haven't gained a pound and my progress is still increasing rather well.
Maybe you need to do the same, its up to you to figure that out but it may be worth a shot.
Either way, you are progressing and don't fret over a bad day, we all get them
It ain't progress if I pulled 185 for 13 2 weeks ago. Same with my push press and I had a shitty squat day last time I squatted.

You haven't gained weight, I'm surprised. Nikki has. I just don't know what I want.
I can take it easier during my next deload week. But if you read my blog you'll see I DON'T do ball busting metcons. Really :)

I was always a big girl and will remain a big girl. You cant compare my frame to yours. We are built different. You need to look at your body weight and what you lift.. I have 30lbs on you. You are almost at 2x your BW DL.... Me Not close to that... Look at your press and your squat... You will soon be able to press your body weight...
