Floor press, metcon

So, today was floor press
60x5
70x3
80xmax. I got 10. I'm really happy with that. Last week I did 75 and only got 9.


I think I'm starting to like floor press...


Then a metcon
5 rounds
5 power cleans@75lbs
7 burpees

Almost forgot....then I did 20 push press with 65lbs. Just for some fun :)

  2. Hey! It's like bench press but on the floor. My gym doesn't have a bench. You gotta have someone help you pretty much. I just have one of the guys stand over me and hand me the bar. Caution: the guys with baggy shorts ;)
