floor press? Chest press lying on the floor? do you slide under the bar? Educate me! :)
ReplyDeleteHey! It's like bench press but on the floor. My gym doesn't have a bench. You gotta have someone help you pretty much. I just have one of the guys stand over me and hand me the bar. Caution: the guys with baggy shorts ;)
