15 min AMRAP with 20lb KB's each hand
5 hang power cleans
5 front squats
5 push press
5 jumping squats
I stopped at 13:30 because my back was killing me. I got 7 rnds
After resting for a few minutes I felt better so I did 150 burpees. In sets of 10.
Felt really good today!
