I did this metcon
10 box jumps-20"
First of all, I did this same metcon a few weeks ago and did it almost a minute faster. No surprise there, I failed on several of the cleans this time. In the second round I failed at 3 in a row! It was all form.
Just another thing to add to my list of things to work on...
