I hate to preface this with an excuse...like how bad I am at hang cleans. BUT, holy shit, do I suck at those! Everything should be cleaned FROM THE FLOOR :)

I only used 65lbs! Obviously the deads were super easy and the jerks weren't too bad. But, the cleans got really S-L-O-W at the end.
