Yesterday was just a metcon...I have squats today and didn't want to do anything to interfere with that.

I was going to do something kinda easy...but somehow I got talked into doing the workout with 2 of the guys....I'm also fighting a chest cold, infection, pulled muscle...I don't know what...

Anyway, this sucked

3 mins max cals on the rower

2 mins hang cleans

1 min anyway overhead

2 min hang cleans

3 mins of

5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats

The womens weight was 45lbs which I thought sounded too light.

Counting total reps and calories I got 222. Not too bad. Not too great, either...
