Bench

5/3/1/ day for bench. I was doing this at home. Alone. I was a wee bit apprehensive about benching without a spotter. But, it's not like the weight is real heavy or anything...

My bench sucks. Really. Last week I sucked balls. My last set was 85 for max and I only got 3.
This week was supposed to be 90 for max reps. But, I decided to keep it at 85.

65x5
75x3
85xmax. Got 4.

I'm definitely not increasing the weight on this next cycle.

Then, push ups with my feet elevated on my stairs.
8 sets of 10
