Then...a fun little metcon
30 sledgehammer swings
20 air squats
10 pull ups(green band)
Oh boy. This was my first time ever swinging the sledgehammer. Once I got the hang of it, I really liked it. The hardest part of this was the pull ups. Of course.....
I predict I will be a bit sore tomorrow :)
