BS and BW metcon

I was so tired by the time I got to the gym. More tired than I can remember being in a long ass time.

But, I forged ahead...

Back squats 6x3@95%1RM

95, 115, 125, 130, 135, 145

That 145 isn't quite 95% but it was plenty hard

Metcon ...

5 rounds
10 burpees
9 box jumps
8 squats
7 ring dips (with blue band)
6 pull ups (green band)
5 push ups
